beach access lovely bar food many sun beds
I really loved the location! The hotel sits right next to Cala Esmeralda beach. there is access to climb down to the sea. The bar food was quite lovely, and I thought the drinks were priced well. The pool area included many sun beds. A supermarket near the room had food and drinks.
The rooms require updates, and I found the crockery and cutlery had sticky stains.

wonderful stay with some minor hiccups

clean hotel fresh towels
the hotel was very clean. housekeeping provided fresh towels regularly (a real plus for us). i found a washing machine on site, useful . the pool area was kept very clean too.

the hotel is close to several calas, a short walk away. these locations offer picturesque views, and the hotel grounds also provide wonderful vistas. it's perfect for exploring the local beaches.

the pool area is well kept (i appreciated the cleanliness). a standout feature is the access to stairs leading to the rocks and ocean. it offered a unique way to enjoy the sea. (i especially liked the direct access to the ocean!)

the breakfast had a good variety of options. the fresh churros and waffles were a particular highlight. the breakfast items provided a satisfying start to each day of our trip.

the staff was helpful and accommodating when i had queries. the reception even called a taxi for us when we arrived late. we got help to get there, because the buses stopped running.

decent stay overall

helpful staff convenient location warm air conditioning infrequent cleaning
I appreciated that the location was close to several calas. it was a short walk of about 5 to 10 minutes to each. the staff was very kind and helpful. they even arranged a taxi when our bus didn't arrive late at night.
the air conditioning was hard set to 22 degrees. it felt too warm at night. also, the room was cleaned only 5 days out of 7, so we had two days without fresh towels..
